The North Shore sports many impressive waterfalls, and one of the most beautiful ones happens to be right here, at Cascade River, just a pleasant 10-minute hike from our lodge! During spring snow melt, the Cascade flexes her muscles with an awesome show of water and an unforgettable roar that reverberates through its deep gorge. A wooden bridge spanning the misty white-water canyon offers a terrific view of the raging river, but may not be for the feint of heart. Two observation platforms and well-maintained riverside paths offer excellent views of the powerful waterfalls as well.
