Superior National Forest
This is an area that you should visit no matter the time of the year. Lutsen Mountains Ski Area

The ski area features four hills for downhill skiing. The Lutsen Mountains are another fantastic hiking destination if skiing isn’t for you. You should be able to see Lake Superior from the top of Moose Mountain, the most prominent hill which provides 52 runs down its slopes.
